I completely understand that everyone is very anxious to receive their vehicles and many are waiting with bated breath for ANY type of communication from their respective dealerships to give them news on when to expect their vehicles.
We get calls daily from people just wanting to know, "is it time yet?"
Please rest assured that the dealers/smart are not ignoring you and you are not being passed up in line or anything of the sort. We, as dealers, still have yet to receive our customer reservation lists. While this is expected to be sent to us SOON, we still do not have them. I can promise you that as soon as dealers have those lists in their hands, we will be working as diligently as possible to contact EVERY reservation holder to make sure ALL their concerns and questions are addressed.
In the meantime, 1800-SMART-USA is a GREAT resource to confirmation that smart has received your $99 reservation and that you indeed have a place in line.
