The smart doesn't do donuts. It does Cheerios.
(joke blatantly stolen from another thread)
When I picked up my car from Smart Center Houston North, I test drove MY car, with 5 miles on the odometer. It had 9 by the time the sales rep Berta drove me to an empty parking lot, demo'ed hill assist, and let me take over. This is before I signed the papers... if I didn't like it, I could have walked away. It was really cool to drive a car that new. I didn't need a sales rep doing donuts and brake tests... learning the transmission in Houston was stressful enough.
I've seen sales reps redline a brand new engine, crank up a $5,000 stereo to distortion levels, just to demo the manliness. Bad move... Tom needs a swift lesson in how not to demo a car.
