i'll have to agree with "Smart Enuf" regarding the promise of a "clear title". i would be very leery of any 'gray market' car (which is NOT an 'officially imported car'), especially a
smart. like "angel" said, you won't be able to service it at your local
smart dealer and i would guess they won't be able to get you parts as well.
