Welcome, Sandy! This is a good place to come to if you need to find out something about the Smart. If no one on here knows the answer, someone will find the answer. Good bunch of Smarties on here and lots of automotive experience soon to be specialised into Smart Automotive Experience once the cars begin to arrive. Some here already have grey market cars so this is the place to find out whatever you need to find out about the Smart.
