Welcome, Mark; always good to have another smart center on here. Saw your photos in the dealership thread - looks like things are coming along. Please check out the info on the forum, I think it will give you some idea of the pitfalls some of our owners have faced up to now.

If I had to pick one thing to concentrate on, I think it would be your parts department. Many stories here of limited or no parts availability at certain dealers; maybe you can get ahead of that issue.
