I pick up my Smartie at 10.30 am.........only been waiting 13 months, not long compared to most, unless you live in NY.......i have my pre-delivery check list, kindly provided in a previous thread......i have only had one test drive, of about a 1/2 mile, so i'm a little nervous using the paddles, anyone any advice ?

Not the shade color. The shade mechanism. Supposedly it has been changed because so many people that had the 2008 model had trouble with it.

I know you got your VIN#, but that doesn't really help us in the southern regions of the USA as far as shipping is concerned though, and i believe that when my rep told me mine wasn't in the Monday delivery she knew better, its just to keep us on tenterhooks, now my original rep would have been up front with me......but its water under the bridge now.......hope you get yours sooner than you expect......

There is a very slim possibility that I will get mine later this week. It is more likely that I will get it next week. The dealer said yesterday that they got 21 smarts in on Saturday and none of them were mine. So I will have to wait till the next truck load. When every that is. It is getting harder to wait. I have been waiting as long as you have. I don't usually wait this long for anything.

Did you get 09??? I like the new door side pocket nets, on the 2009's. The shifter does something different too???? Nothing ever happen to my sun shade. Have fun with your new car!!!!!!!!!!!
