Hello all. My wife and I got our smart Passion Coupe a few weeks ago. We were on the reservation list and had not ordered our car yet. The smartcenter called us and asked if we were interested in a metallic red Passion Coupe orphan. I was down there in no time flat to check it out and make sure this was what we wanted. A day later, after getting financing through our credit union, we were the proud parents of a smart orphan.
Our first tank of gas yielded 38 mpg with a lot of city driving and a/c running. The next two tanks came in at 41 mpg with mixed freeway and city. I am looking forward to a long freeway drive to see what kind of fuel economy I can squeeze out of it.
We are taking alot of questions about the car and my wife even picked up a stack of brochures at the dealer to pass out to people looking at it.

WELCOME!! Did you go through Smartcenter Jacksonville? I've went through them. Hope they aren't tagging on options now and making you get extras.

We did indeed go with smartcenter Jacksonville. The only extras we got were the velour floor mats, and the tire warranty. I opted out of the extended warranty. Everything went flawless with the transaction and Deniz (the smart rep) treated us like gold.

That's who helped me. NO extras on my orphan I picked up 3 months ago. My parents went through another Florida dealer and they made them buy overpriced window tint and mats. Not too much of a biggy though.
