I was very pleased by the coridalness of the staff. Gary was great, as was the gentleman who sold us the warantees.
I liked them a lot; down to earth and not salesman-y at all...

I live about 3/4 of a mile from SmartCenter Alexandria and we order pizza from a place that's a block away so I stop by all the time on the way to get the pizza. Great place, nice folks; part of the showroom used to be Ernie's Crab House.

I have not been to smart center Alexandria when they are open... I've been there twice while they have been closed though. Great location, nice sized lot, looks to have a ton of service bays.

I like my dealer, smart center Germantown - the staff are nice, and the showroom/area, while small, is very clean and nicely laid out. The $99 doc fees help, as well
