Greetings from the Bronx!

Hi there, fellow smart people! I adopted an orphan last week, a blue cabrio with black interior. It is the third smart car around the Brooklyn hospital that I work in.
I am taking the smurf to Baltimore next week, a little 4+ hour commute. Any long distance advice?
Besides buying the dealers trunk area cover, what are others using? A lovely plastic garbage bag is my current choice
Thanks in advance!

Lots of suggestions here: After-market Cargo Organizer

Some small cardboard boxes work as well as anything.

PS - welcome also!

As for long distance, the car is fine. Ten days ago, I "did" the NJ Turnpike back and forth, without any hassle. The only surprise: some of the vans and SUVs are as turbulence generating as some 18 wheelers...
Watch for potholes, especially on elevated roads (i.e. QBE).
Enjoy your trip!
