Hello Everybody!
Just wanted to make my first post and introduce myself to the forum. My jack black Passion and I reside in Eustis, Florida. I have been familiar with the Smart line-up for years when I previously lived in the UK and frequentely traveled to Europe. My wife and I wanted one so bad...i was even on a list for awhile.
Until last night, I've been having some annoying mechanical difficulties with my 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP and just had enough...when I spotted a Fortwo for sale down at the local Chrysler dealership. They gave me more than I asked for for my Solstice and I drove away in my black/black/tan Smart an hour later. I miss the horsepower but not the mechanical nightmare of the Solstice
...and I'm quickly getting over it!
I've had some pretty unique vehicles but this is the first one my wife really likes. She won't let go of her Prius so it has to be me who drives it. Needless to say, I LOVE IT!
I don't have any plans yet on mods...but have been known to "dress up" a vehicle so we'll see. Guess I'll just take the wheels off this weekend and paint the drums and calipers to start it off.
