I am a new owner of a used 2005 Smart Cabriolet. Car has 30000 kms (18641 miles) and is like new condition. We have owned the car for about a month now and have been on a couple of trips. We love it! We had alot of negative opinions from friends about buying a smart car but have changed a lot of them to positive since we showed them our car. I am building a deck for the back of our 5th wheel puller so we can take it south with us. We had to have the older model so it would fit across the back of the truck.
Looking forward to being a member of SCOA and have already found info I was looking for.

Hey Jerry, welcome to the club.
I noticed a few smart 450's when we came over on Holiday 2 years ago to Bc, but they were only in Vancouver, I wonder if it was an experiment to see if it would work.
Really enjoyed my time in Bc, the roads are great, and really quiet compared to here in Britain, there was a road near Kamloops that was perfectly straight for 11 miles, I set the odo, to see how long it was, awesome, you can't go 10 yards without a bend in Britain, or a pot hole, or a speed bump, or a speed camera.
