hello im from costa rica, i just buy a 2000 smart fortwo it´s one of the best car´s i ever have but here are orphans because the mercedez dealer don´t bring them.

i will apriciate all the help that i can get to know more about my car and find parts for my 450

You will LOVE your smart car, but - be so careful of the potholes! I saw two cars there break axles because of the holes in the road.

hi to all and nop autostar is the mb dealer in costa rica but they do not represent smart over here they claim that is no market for this cars in costa rica .......
ok well i just saw 3 450 in all the country ( register on the goverment ) so im one of the three that have one jajaja i feel lucky to have this car

well friends my first question :P i buy a auto meter boot gauge but i saw the image on the diy section but my car do not have the fuel regulator near to the cilinder so wheare i can put the t terminal on the car :S
another thing my key is the one that have one button and the orange part fell down so i have to manage to open the car with my finger any ideas of wheare i can find that orange part ?

I know what you mean, I too have one and had a hard time finding a mechanic that works.

After many of them, I found this one that is like a Cuban mechanic, makes it work....he rebuilded my engine and knows the car inside out.
