Does anyone know where I can get a luggage rack to put on the top of the car?

Great ideas!

I thought of the car cover, the car is garaged but the cat likes to leave "its touch" on it quite often so that would fix it I hope.

I like the model and the seatbelt covers, safe and simple gifts. I will definately look into these more.

I think the horn would be funny, switch it and not tell her. haha

I need to look at the floormats, she might already have some.

Same with the armrest, I am just not familiar enough to make a call there or not. (same with seatcovers)

mvaldes- Thanks, once I have some free time I'll look into those, but I have a Calc. exam today.

I was wondering if a cheaper GPS system is worth it? The ones I have used have all been very nice but out of my price range ($500-$600).
Maybe Circuit City closing will help that out. haha

THANKS EVERYONE

I like the graphics idea, but you would definitely want her input. Maybe talk to the shop, get some ideas and give her a gift cert? She might like flowers or some theme shes partial to - say a movie, a band, a hobby (gardening, travel?) If you present her with ideas of things you already know she'll love it'll be really special.

I am partial to graphics, as mine has a racing stripe and I LOVE it. On the other hand, some people would rather blend in to the crowd - but those people don't usually own/love smarts.

How about a professionally done photo of her car? or her with her car? Sounds silly, but if she loves her smart, she'll love pics of it.

I'm hoping my sons get me an i-pod (yeah, I don't have one) and they need to load it up with all my favorite music. That'll be so cool! (Kids, are you reading this?)

Good luck and let us know what you decide.

Check out blackfriday.com or dealnews.com - lots of sales the day after Thanksgiving, some places already offering those prices. You should be able to get a basic GPS for around $150.

I'd recommend and HID kit if the vehicle doesn't have any.

An option I forgot to mention are the center button stickers from AC smart Aesthetic Creations Specializing in Mini Cooper Roof Graphics, Stripes, Centercaps and Vinyl Accents, a sheet of them is only $15 (which would have just barely made it into my price range as a student) and they are great fun. Here are some of them on my car's buttons.

Our dealership sells chocolates that are shaped like smart cars. I am not sure if those are available everywhere, but they would make a good gift.
