I agree with the above suggestions, but have an additional request. I know this area is still a great unknown, but a header with a turbo flange would be nice for those of us who are looking for some real power. There is a theory going around that this engine is exactly the same as the Euro turbo model so I suspect many will try and get that turbo and ecu.

I will confirm that we will have an exhaust coming very quickly. We have spent the last two weeks and 8 test systems trying to squeeze every last ounce of power from the smart. At this time with the exhaust alone we have made 6 hp and 14 tq. That is amazing since the Samrt only put 61 hp out at the wheels. We are also going to be doing a Race Only header and an air intake ststem for it to try and squeeze any more power out of it. The exhaust system will be made of 304 stainless with a ploished aluminum canister. I will post some dynos and prelim pictures up tomorrow to show the progress.

I will be attending the "Cannonball Run" event at Wampum PA. on may 9th. I will offer to showcase your header system for this all day event ...BTW a LOT of car nuts and Media will be there. I wonder where the promised dyno specs are located at? I'd like to see measurement results before paying $400 for an exhaust system.
