I took delivery of a yellow and black Cabrio on March 25 '08 and love it! I drive it 36 miles each weekday to work and back. It has been the most enjoyable, fun car to drive that I have ever had. The dealer (Devon Smart Center) made the purchase easy and fun. I took delivery on my birthday.
I purchased my White/Black orphan from Smart Devon in July. In my opinion, the team in Devon is the best! The people there really care about the customer experience.
I needed sunshade service and a panel change a month after purchase... they took care of issue without delay; they are a class act!
I would highly recommend to all smart buyers that they do business with smart Devon.
Picked up my second smart this past Wednesday, first one in February. My brother-in-law pciked his up there last month. Everything positive.
Have not needed service yet so I can't speak for that side of the house. Parts guys are easy to deal with. Don't like price of parts but that's everywhere.
