Hi guys.
I'm writing from spain. Here is the smart teritiry from 1998and actually I own the fifth one.
All of my smarts were from first body, and the current one too.
The model I'm driving now is a Brabus edition.

I've been seeing that the first body smart is hard to see in USA, just some people imperted it.

It moves trough a 0.7 liter turbo, which developes 75HP, in this case this car has the smart program option to 98HP, and this car is a little rocket.

16" front wheels and 17" rears with a wide body kit to wrap this big ones. 225/35-17, leather, central armrest, side airbags, heated seats, Brabus paddle shift steering wheel, sound system, MP3 kenwood, power mirrors,Brabus pedals, shift and brake knob.


We appreciate the first generation smart due to 8" less overall length and other goodies but currently there's a lot of people buying the second generation and they enjoy it a lot too.

I'm coming to Barcelona Spain next weekend, will I be able to rent a SMART? Any advice from you two on where, what company etc.? Is the 450 what you are calling the 1st generation, and the 451 what you mean by 2nd generation.? How many generatios are there? Welcome to the forum, thanks for the photo of your smart. Is that Black or dark purple, hence the name plum crazy?

Check with easycar.com. Models vary by location, however. They are usually 1st generation cars, there are only two generations. Our 2008s in the USA are 2nd gen.

Sixti has smarts, but no locations in Spain.

A lot of time out of here for several reasons.
I hope you found a smart rent a car in spain, yellowcarsrock.
Actually I wainting for the new 451 and I just sold the brabus 450.

The new one is a 84hp engine pulse, white and silver.
Power steering
Pack confort
Sound system
Air Conditioned
Paddle shift steering wheel
Leather seats with heater

Currently I rent a 71hp passion in blue meanwhile the new one arrives.
