Hello from Weston, Florida - newbie

So I was driving around on Saturday when a real live Smart Car parked next to me. My friend in the passenger seat yelled "Smart Car! Smart Car!" and I turned. Rolling down the window, I motioned to the driver of the Smart Car, who turned out to be an employee at the just-now-opening Smart Center Weston. He said "We're open and we have our first 15 cars!"

Half an hour later I was there for a test drive, and I was sold. I placed my reservation yesterday, and if I've been reading the other posts correctly, I am #1480 - at least that's the last 4 digits of my number.

My hat is off to Rick and Rita Case for opening the Smart Center right here in Weston. I had a very nice time talking with Rita Case, who seems to know absolutely everything about these great new little cars.

I can't wait... I'm guessing I should have mine around September?

Was at Weston yesterday - lots of activity. Pick my smart up on Thursday, its been a long wait but well worth it.
