I am new here. I have a question that I am hoping someone can answer. What is required to be installed on my smart to tow? The dealer says 2 front hooks and wire the smart, the trailer and hitch co. says "NO WAY it doesn't work that way". I need some help here please.

myral - Welcome to the forum!! Are you towing the smart behind an RV, or are you towing a small trailer with the smart?
If it is the first - You need tow brackets installed and wiring for the tail lights.
If it is the latter - You need a trailer hitch installed on the smart with wiring for the trailer lights.
