Hi from Ghent

Had the car for about 1100 miles now, love it!!! I am still amazed at the smiles I see when I drive it. I have started carrying brochures with me to help cut down on the time I have to add on to any trips I make - you know..... having to stop and answer all those questions!

I added cruise control - now the car is perfect

Cruise Control is available from smartiparts. Mine cost $470. Most people are installing it themselves. I haven't tried installing it because my configured car is coming Nov 08- Jan 09 and I'd rather put it in that one.

I installed the cruise myself, took about an hour and 1/4. and it was about $472. I purchased (from smartieparts.com) the Area451Parts version because it looks more stock than the 'competitor' and the operation is simpler and overall more elegant IMO.
