Bienvenue! J'ai déjà visité la site de production de Hambach (Lorraine) deux fois: en octobre 2005 et avril 2008. Een effet, le tour ne comprend que les chaînes de montage final, donc c'est peu probable que vous m'avez rémarqué pendant ces tours. En avril nous avons partager le tour avec une groupe de 10 canadien(ne)s et une américaine, et le journal local a publié une courte article avec un photo de nous devant la Centre de Communication.

Je possède une smart fortwo pulse cabrio cdi modèle canadienne, fabriqué le 4 novembre 2004...elle a 100.000+ km sous ses roues et elle me fait encore plaisir chaque fois que je prends le volant.

You did a good job. I've logged over 5000 miles ( 8000km) in just over four months and love the car.

The few cars that get to the used market command a premium. Our local Honda dealer has a Passion coupe that they are offering to sell for about $7000 over what the car cost new.

I am not real keen on taking the car on extended trips on the Interstate system where other cars are going 80mph (130kph), but I find that is just an excuse to explore the back roads where I can drive 55-65mph (90-105kph) and enjoy the scenery.

I was not sur how I will be welcome here, don't panic, I find your welcome pretty entousiath and I won't flee away ;)
I can't swear, I can anwer to all your request and questions, but I will try to have some infos on the more strange and nasty ones.

For the colour decision, then we entry in design land, where decisions are all but not very logical... ;)
I Guess as this Yellow was one of the oldest colour we had and not very popular in europe, they decide to remove it.

For the question about the consumption, as you mentionned it, it is deep linked to the driver.
Such big difference may come from wich time and rpm are you switching on the gear.
There is no issue known that can lead in the direction of missing senors.

For the lucky one's who planned to come in france in north-east area, you may take some times to come for a plant tour, just prepare it in advance and you will be welcome ;)
