I'm with DrKillerBee on that. Skip the exhaust and get a new intake for it. It doesn't really change the EXHAUST note... but you get a bit of a deep, throaty growl if you're just pulling out, or in low RPM's and step on it.
As for the Brabus exhaust vs. the standard.... as far as i'm aware the difference in sound is minimal. Think it's mostly the same exhaust, just that it has a center exit with a rear valance to match it.
In regards to potential problems, as with any car, it's hard to say. Some people have had several problems with theirs. When i had my 2009 Brabus Coupe, I didn't really have any issues at all with it. There was a minor water leak by the rear window that was fixed not long after i purchased the car.... and i think that's basically the only "major" issue that i had to take it to the dealership to fix. Other than that it was just regular maintenance as usual. And that was up til i STUPIDLY traded it in on a 2013 Dodge Dart when it had i believe somewhere around 70,000-80,000 miles on it.
