I just bought a 2006 CPO Mercedes Benz C230 Sport , so I do not have a need for the Smart Passion I reserved for $99. I tried emailing and requesting the refund thru a written request, no reply. I think I will try calling the Customer Service number. Anybody tried requesting a refund. I have been on the waite list for only 5 months. Anyway I am standing aside to give the opportunity for a Smart car to somebody else.
