I got my smart!

I am on the reservation list but I just couldn't wait any longer and ended up purchasing a 'used' smart with 63 miles. I drove to Seattle to get it - I paid a premium, but I don't care! I couldn't be happier!

Your Hwy 101 must be nicer that the Hwy 101 we have down in LA.

Oh, if only I knew how to do the picture thing. Yes, and even when it is slow with tourists, it's magnificient. My work takes me up and down 101 from above Tillamook to below Yachats and over Murphy Summit to Willamina and Hwy 20 to the Siletz area.

I couldn't be happier with my new car. It's ~more~ than a car, it's an experience. Every day, no matter what's going on, I'm in my happy place, and life on the road is so much more fun.

I'll try to remember to bring the camera, and share some smart road life.

"Congrats from the State of Washington!"

Hey Oregongirl,

Congratulations! Now you can have fun at the gas station when other people are filling their cars by saying,

"...WHAT!? Ten Dollars to fill my tank!? I can't believe how high gas is!"

Wave your arms around and shake your head when saying this. This can be very effective on people filling up a Hummer.

Have Fun.

Hi Oregongirl,
If I may ask what "I paid a premium" did you have to pay Seattle? You can reply in PM if you wish.
