I am on the list for a Yellow passion. I test drove one and found it fun to drive. The 12 to 14 months is a long time so yes I am on the orphan list for any passion. I found out that I called my state dealers to get on their orphan list and found out the dealers have areas they can sell to and if they sell outside of it they get fined by the Smart company.I am trying so one day down here in Fort Lauderdale,FL I will be driving a Passion.Thank you for looking,Joe
