Just got my baby!

Hello to all the chosen ones!

I just adopted a used 2005 pure, what a delight! I probably have to adjust my driving habits (130 kph is not the way to get the best fuel economy).

Every time I look out the window, I get a HUGE smile on my face.... I'm a little surprised since I used to own a BMW Z3 and I think I get a bigger blast out of this puppy. Speaking of which...my Doberman fits just fine!

I have a question I would like to throw out in the arena: Can I drill and screw in the Tridion frame to install a roof rack. I would love to put my tandem bike on the roof of my baby...It would make a statement!

Can anyone help me?

Assuming your car is a 2005 diesel 450 I'd suggest joining www.clubsmartcar.com which has quite a few more Canadian owners, many of whom have done extensive mods. You're likely to get quicker answers there to questions about your car.

This forum has far more owners of the new 2008 451 model.
