Just started looking

I live in southwestern Ohio and am thinking about selling my 2001 jeep wrangler to buy a smart car.

Get yourself on a list and go for a test drive. Make sure you understand the transmition before you go for your test drive.

There is a lot of information on this site, Take some time to learn as much as you can.

And Welcome, you have the chance to save a lot of money driving the Smart as well as get a lot of Smiles out of it. Get yourself a Cabrio and you will love the transition from a Wrangler to a car that lets you put up the top at any speed.

johnc47 - Welcome to the forum!! Now is a great time to buy a smart!! Some dealerships have 2008's sitting on the lot, with reservationists holding on to their 2009's. Some are throwing in extras to get the sale and that is unheard of!! If your Jeep is paid for buy now! If not, go to Carmax and see what they will give you for it, it's the easiest quick sale you will ever do. Good Luck and as posted above, there is a multitude of information here!

Dont go for just one, get on the list and go every weekend. Eventually they might let you go solo and you can really get to know the car.

Just go during the week. Weekends are mad houses. You go during the week, you might just get the test drive real easy. Each time I go, If I want I go for a drive. Been on two. One with electronic steering, and one without. Going to not have it due to it was easy enough without it.
