Looking for Dealership

I am curious weather there is a dealership in Cleveland OH. There seem to be enough of them driving around that we should have a dealership.

I am a smart owner!! above all and I love it.

I drive it every day!, and enjoy every second!

even sleep with a picture of it on my wall, and one in my wallet.

What I don't get is all these smart car owners that do not:

Read their manuals, do not treat their vehicles well (maintenance wise), put cheap oil and cheap gas in their cars, complain about how small the tires are, how many MPG they are getting, the seat does not recline, they only drive in shift mode, or they only drive in D mode, can fit all my 7 kids in it, salesperson was rude, people ask me too many questions, I can only type in pink, the shifter is stucked, my car beeps, I forgot to lock it, my key is too big, I have no spare, other people pass me on the higway, whine, whine, whine...

Let's get real people, Do not ask these questions and expect any sympathy from me. I DID MY RESEARCH! before I bought, I drove the thing many times before commiting to purchase, I asked 17,000 questions to the point of exhaustion and dispair to my dealer.

Why can't you do the same?

You come to this forum which will might as well could help me with a legitimate modification, or a real mechanical concern that could merit a recall from manufacturer, instead you complain and even call me names, for shame people, for shame!!

With this I leave you, many enemies will come, I'm sure, but the joy of staying my friend will come when the time is right!!

Upset about my replies to other posts so you launch into a long spill on someone else's post?
Didn't know how to begin your own thread?
Sorry. You're going to get a lot of same off topic, petty b.s, and whining on most automotive forums. The only way to completely avoid it is avoid online forums all together. And your post here does nothing but point out how you are exactly like so many others here. Ironic isn't it?

The Bedford dealership must be the most unprofessional around. I have purchased at least 10 cars in my driving lifetime and have never been treated so poorly. They treat you as if you are the relative who came for a weekend and stayed a year. Acquiring any information from them is "like pulling teeth". Imagine what repair and maintainence will be like.
