Well, we were on the list, but did not expect our Smart until next year (2009) and were content with that. We visited our local Center several weeks ago and lucked out that no one was around, so we had the full attention of the staff. We were asking about Smarts that had uncompleted sales and they told us of their 'other' list; 100+ names at that time. We asked to be placed on it and told them we would take any model, any color, any options (we are very picky
). Last weekend we where in Solvang, CA on holiday with our RV and received a call from Smart that they had a car and wanted to know if we were interested. Without asking what it was or how equipped, I said yes. So on Monday of this past week, we picked up our Red Passion!! Awesome car is all I can say; except for one thing, I can not seem to keep the windows clean from the nose smuges!!
