Maintenance & Warranty work

I have sent three emails to the "Contact Us" link on SCOA web site, and I have not received any replies so I will ask the same question here. After discovering the closest dealer to me is a six hour round trip to Charleston SC, I cancelled the reservation I had made for my Smart Car. I would love to get my wife one of these cars, but not if I have to spend six hours on the road to visit the dealership. My question was, does SCOA plan on licensing outside vendors to perform maintenance and warranty work?

I though that SCOA was only a news and information portal.. humm, maybe i'm at the wrong place.

Penske auto group (PAG) or your nearest dealer(if they have a chain) should be able to assist you. Any how you should be able to go to a closer dealer, it may only maybe once a year. Oh no wait!!! you cancelled your reservation. Bad move!!!

You're looking for smart USA - open your mind to the car that challenges the status quo, the official website of Penske Auto Group as the importer of the smart into the USA. A dealer location map is on that website, as well as a 1-800 number you can call for info.

Just curious, how did you make and cancel the reservation - through smart USA?

dude trust me take the 3 hour drive to have the best 3 hour drive back home! witch will just begin the best time youll ever have with a new car. people in $70k cars will be asking you can they look at your car!!!
