Need a Car for 4 days in New Orleans for an Exhibit
Can anyone help me locate a car for a science exhibit in New Orleans? I need it from March 2-6 and I will pay for a rental plus pay to use the car for this time. Thank you! marcia@scientistsolutions.com

Then you've probably never loaned/rented your car out for a promotion, TV filming, commercial shoot, display, etc. before. Not a good idea.
You might want to check with your insurance about "renting" your car out also!! Don't foget the liability factor. What if someone or something is injured or damaged with your car??

I agree, I wouldn't want to lend a car out and take chances with it or any liability without covering it all legally. Best bet is likely a dealer who would loan out a demo car in exchange for the publicity and advertising space.
We have insurance. We wouldn't drive your car. We are looking for someone in the New Orleans area, unless you could drive it over. If you wanted to come over to New Orleans for a vacation, we would pay your hotel in advance and you could come check on your car every day. I would sign a contract saying our corporation is liable for your car. Have called all the dealers and they have no cars other than their test drive models. Thank you, Marcia
Now, don't you feel better? I still think this is too good to pass up - trip to NO, hotel paid, liability for any potential damage, plus all the gumbo you can eat! If we had our smart I'd drive down from Ohio.
Since the New Orleans people are getting their Smarts from Houston North, you will probably not find one in your area as the dealership that services the Orleans area has not opened for business
