Pick up our 08 Smart Cabro about 1500 miles ago. Boy is my delearship the pits. Anyway were glad to be aboard and have already upgraded the door speakers, and added the cruise by 451. Some more mods like Xeon light kits and Hella horns this weekend.

I hope you don't say Lincolnwood. We just got our orphan there on Wed. and I was treated like royalty. The only time I ever enjoyed the actual paper work part of a vehical pruchase. We drove up from South Bend after work got there about 6:00pm and stayed just past closing time everyone was friendly and pleasant, answered all my question (some of them more than once). I would recomend them to anyone! Great staff out there Lincolnwood!

Agent 99 I've missed you! I picked up my orphan from Lincolnwood also. Bill was my salesperson and I can't say enough great things about him. I still stop in at least once a month to say hi and look forward to getting my reserve in 2010.

Billy got Lil Bus for us. He and everyone there were wonderful to us, I honestly believe they were treated us as well with the smart as they would have treated us if we were on the other side of the main desk and puchasing a much more pricey vehical.

We bought both of our Orphans at Lincolnwood. Mike was our salesman and was great. However, Smart #2 came with the now mandatory Kenwood radio/DVD/nav/Bluetooth system. Service dept kept it for 10 days after the system failed to work properly and they literally stumbled onto the fix. They originally installed the system incorrectly so that the AM radio did not work and I could not listen to my Cubbies. The Bluetooth system failed also. Finally after 10 days, I got back my yellow/black Cabrio. Also, beware the high cost of service - $270 for the 10K service and they estimate $400 for the 20K service. They were however, very nice throughout the whole ordeal. Smart #3 arrives in Lincolnwood in December.
