New Dealer

Good Afternoon everyone! I am not a Smart car owner. (sorry). What I am is an employee at a new dealer (Remind me what they're called? Smartcenter?) We open our doors on April 1st. I am currently a Service Consultant, but I am interviewing for the service manager's position. I wanted to introduce myself and get to know the cars a little bit. I would appreciate any tips you can offer.

Where, where, where? I assume you're affiliated with another dealership, like, maybe one that used to sell Pontiacs/Saturns??

I will have much more info after tomorrow, but here is what I do have:
Yes, we are currently a Saturn Retailer. Our address is 4437 Street Rd, Trevose, PA 19053. We officially open as a Smart Center on April 1st. We are a Faulkner Dealership.

OK great. I know the area well. I graduated from Bensalem HS and lived about 5 minutes from Trevose. You'll have a devoted group of smart owners and you are welcome to join the Smart Alecs Car Club of the Lehigh Valley which is very active. We are particpating in the Allentown St. Patty's Day parade next Sunday. We have planned at least one activity per month.

Some of us own more than one smart. We will be willing to share lot's of information and this forum is the best place to learn about smarts.

I hope this is the beginning of a new partnership for us eastern PA smart owners and advocates.

Awsome...just in time for higher gas prices for the summer!!! Now I do not have to tell people to travel 200 miles to look at smart.

That is great. I dont live too close now, but I am moving to the philly area in June.
