Hi, I'm Scott from Pittsburgh, PA. You can probably tell by my screen name what I own now, an 07 GTI and an 08 Jetta SE. My fiance Tiffany and I are 30's professional couple that is very mindful of conserving and making our lives better.

I love my GTI, and love VW's, but we are planning on going to our local MB dealership this week and seeing if we can test drive a SMART. It really looks like a win win situation and love that there is a community like this.

I look forward to taking part and enjoying the forum!

One thing that concerns me already is I read a lengthy thread last night about multiple people having issues with the CEL coming on with low mileage and problems with the shifter.

That's what this is all about!! Read them all, test drive a car, ask questions and you will be able to decide for yourself whether this is the new car move you want to make! Have Fun Getting smart!

You may find you have better luck at the smart dealer if that is what you are looking for
