Welcome fellow Dallasite. I also have a cabrio and still drop the top on chilly but sunny days (the seat heaters work real good. I hope you have them.)
If you want, there is also an active owners group here in the metroplex (see
DFW Smart Cars HQ for more information) if you're into that sort of thing. We try to get together at least once a month for lunch, and a couple of times a year, we get out to Texas Motor Speedway and get to do "Laps for Charity".
