New owner from Roswell GA

Hi all, I just bought my Passion yesterday after a lot of consideration. I want to use it as a business car to do short runs to the post office and would have the advertising on the side. The small size made sense to fit it into a crowded garage and as a car my son will be able to drive in a few years. The extreme styling makes much more sense for something to advertize than an ordinary subcompact. If my numbers pan out, the car should increase business more than enough to pay for the car, so it only made sense.

I appreciate reading the thread about the polycarbonate roof crazing, as I saw exactly that at a couple new cars at the dealership. People don't realize that simple stuff like Windex or petroleum based car waxes will do that. I used to design with plastics, so saw that coming. The fact that it was happening to brand new cars and the fact that it makes a pretty effective greenhouse to heat up the car led me to the decision to get a hard top roof option. I'll need to wait until Tuesday to get the car, but I think it will be the better way to go. I added the wrap graphics right into the financing, and got a great 1.9% financing deal.

Rolling the wrap into the financing at 1/9%, sweet

When your sone is ready to drive add a second smart to the garage. You won't even feel it in there.

Going with the solid roof should be good for you, you can wrap it too.

Now jump in, and join the conversation. We are glad to have you with us.
Share some pics with us when you get the wrap done.

Attractive well done wrap!

From what I can see on your avatar, anyway.
I take it you're do rings, etc. Love the wrap colors . . . enjoy your smart.
Post a bigger photo when you get a chance...

I do make titanium rings for a living. The avatar is just my artwork for the wrap. I'll be checking into having it done next week or so. I need to finalize the artwork at a high resolution and confer with the wrap experts about it. I can't wait to get it done. It should be a head turner.

You're the same person that makes the Ti chain rings, right?

Went to your website and I'm guessing one of your former employees is
doing them now...

Yes, I made the titanium cogs and chainrings. The rings have been full time since 2002. I spent all night recreating my logo to a super high resolution that could be used on the car. I'll be picking it up tomorrow.
