Hi everyone. Just joined SCOA and am interested in knowing how to tell which region and chapter I should be in. How do you know if there are rallys or outings and how do you get included. Love to hear back ASAP

Some places (like Las Vegas) have NO chapter.We have Zero Smart spirit here, I guess everyone is too busy, I don't even think there is anyone but myself from Vegas even on this site. It sure is lonely here in Sin City.....
