I'm a newbie who has been lurking here for years since I ordered my 2008 Pure Smartfortwo. I took ownership of the vehicle in Fall 2008 (ordered in Nov. 2007).
I am joining today under unfortunate circumstances, as I am having some technical issues with my car. SmartUSA and my dealer have been less than helpful, so I am hoping to get some great advice from my fellow smart enthusiasts.
Sorry to hear you're having issues with your car. I have found the dealership to be pretty helpful for the most part, although I have not had any major issues; just the sun shade, which was replaced at the 10,000 mile oil change under warranty. Let me know where you are in RI.
