I met a person with a smart car, he told me he got the car for free ( the ads will pay for the car payments and then some) and is going to get paid for ads put on the car.
Sounds too good to be true, is it?
If it's true, how do I do it??

You go and asked companies, tell them you have a Smart and would advertise got them, you draw up contract and proceed, the longer term for the ad or ads the more you make.
That's a new one. There are threads on 'wraps' and companies that will arrange for a car to be wrapped with paid advertising. I suspect the point was the person you met was receiving a fee for driving around with a wrap and that was as much or more than the car payment itself. Defacto free car, but not really a free car.

You are correct the monthly payment he will get will pay for the car plus extra, however he claims he never had to pay a cent to the dealership...
