Noob to the Smart Car Family!

Hello, Im Shawn from Pensacola and just wanted to stop in and say Hi!! Im currently driving a Mitsubishi, not a Smart but im looking for one! Im interested in doing a Motorcycle swap in it and i've heard that the USA version cannot do the swap so if anybody has any info on this or what model i would need to purchase, i would apprecieate it. If any other questions please just ask, and if you wanna see pics of the Mitsu. let me know!

No such thing as CAN'T! ANYTHING can be done. The 450 is more common base to be used.

So is it raining over there right now or did you already get the rain? It's pouring down right now 75 miles east of you.

Haha i hear ya man, im just very interested in the swap so just wanna make sure it's possible b4 i purchase the car. Ill check into the 450 though.

Yup, its been raining over hear for a couple hrs now....nothing new, just normal Fl weather!

If you're looking at the smart for a sports car, you're kinda looking in the wrong place, lol... it can be fun, but there are better small platforms out there to modify(based on EASE) to go fast.

Lol yea not really looking for it to be a sports car but more of a fun Go-kart hehe! No matter what, i like how the car looks and its different so thats what attracts me to it.

Thanks for the links.....and i know you can always boost the little 3 cy. motor thats in it now but i wanna go n/a so thats prolly out of the question for me but a good sugestion though! I've been looking at the MR2 swap also, looks like that might be a good route to go also.
