www.smartusa.com fill out the form. Put up a $99 deposit on a credit card, sit back and wait. About three months before delivery you'll get a message asking you to configure your car exactly the way you want it. Then about 30 days before delivery you'll get a email telling you the car is on the way. Then a call from your assigned smart center asking you to come in, pay for an drive your car home. Entire process is about 9-12 months.
