Passenger Seat Height

I just bought my Smart cabriolet a few days ago. It seems as though the passenger seat height is a little taller than the driver seat. Has any one else noticed that?

Actually, the seat's tracks are slanted: the closer to the dashboard, the higher's the seat. Since the passenger's seat is set about 5-6" behind the driver's (for various reasons, including more elbow room), if both seats are exactly side by side, the passenger's will be slightly higher...

The floor is slightly higher too. probably because the battery is under the floor on the passenger side.

I've noticed this too. Drives me nuts when I'm sitting in the passenger seat (with it all the way back) and I'm higher than I normally am in the drivers seat. I think the seat rails are higher. Inquired about this at the dealer and they had never noticed it before.
