pre winterizing my smart

I got my smart and need help!!!!
i got an orphin smart black,black,red with fog lamps and the extra gauges but it is getting to winter here in washington and i need some cable chains to get around if it snows.
help does anyone know where to get some

J.C. Whitney?? I believe they handle cables which is what you will probably have to use.

Those look like they would seriously mess up a set of Passion wheels!! I think I would opt for a set of Pure steel wheels and snow tires first.

I've had good experiences with the people at this outfit for other vehicles, particularly if you call and tell them what vehicle you have and what you need to do with the chains. If you already know, you can probably find it on their site:

Lot's cheaper, about $50 for the pair of diagonal cable chain.

Being in sunny So Cal I generally do not have a need for chains. However, I do go up to Big Bear Mountain once a year. I have put chains on front wheel drive cars - But - how do I put on chains on my smartie? Without crawling on the ground (hopelully)
