Profile Picture...Need Help

OK...I now have to admit that I can't figure out how to get my profile picture to show when posting a message. I have picked a photo and it shows on my profile site...but, not when posting threads. What's the secret, what am I doing wrong?!?!?

Go to your User CP and select Edit Avatar (on the left) - it's a separate image from a profile pic.

What you're actually looking for is your "avatar".
Click on "User PC" > "Settings & Options" > "Edit Avatar". In the box "Custom Avatar", click on [Choose File] under Option 2, and you then have to locate your original picture on your computer's window (You'll know what I'm talking about once you see it).
Once you highlighted your picture's name, click on [Choose] and [Save Changes] and you should be set.
