The tire sizes are not too uncommon. Try the local tire dealer. Most sttes do not allow studded tires, at least Minnesota banned them years ago. Tears up the streets too much.
I'm out in Montana. Got my smart last year and I was not able to find any studded tires.
Six of us got the Bridgestone Blizzak tires for the winter and could not have been happier.
We live in the mountains and never had a problem on ice or snow.
Might want to buy early as they ran out of the smart size in our area.
