Unfortunately for me, I"m no longer able to purchase a Smart car. What is the process to receive a refund of the $99.00 I paid? Thank you

call 1-800-smartusa (1.800.762.7887) and give them your reservation number. They'll ask a few questions and tell you your check should arrive in 2-3 weeks. I canceled my first reservation in June of last year. Took about 10 days for the check

Thanks for the info! I just purchased a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe so there's n need for a Smart right now.
