If its like the one used on the 451 a dealer will have to order it and programme the fob. I just checked with my dealer as I need one too and the key & fob is $160+tax, and one hour labor to program, roughly around $300. Don't believe for minute it takes more than a few min to program it, but its another one of those "gotcha".....

I think it's easier to launch nukes than to get a replacement key.

Do the used car guides discount a car's value when it only comes with one (three hundred dollar) key?

Worth a drive to Kansas? I think Leroy has the needed equipment to program a key (you need to supply the new key) to your car.

can you send the original key, or does the person programing it have to actually have the car?
