"saying hello to our community in our New Members Area"
Okay, I give up!
I've tried lurking on the site for several months now after reserving on 10/05/07 with a number ending in 1373. But my lurking keeps generating the screen asking me to post at least once. So, here I am...
I've configured my Pure Honey Bumble Bee on 04/21/2008 and have a DDE estimate of 9/14/08 to 12/14/08.
After test driving one last week, I've determined that this is not like any other car I've ever owned and it will take some time to get used to the idiosyncracies like the strange transmission.

Anyway, HI everyone!
It'll take all of one day. Seriously, you get used to it very quickly.
Speaking from an old school driver of both manual and automatic transmission cars for 35 years, I was a pro with the transmission within a day although I prefer the automatic in drive to the paddles. My wife who has never driven a manual transmission and had only been driving for a little over a year, also mastered it, at least in auto, after a day.
You will love it and find it easy to drive very quickly, I'm sure!
Ordered Mine last October 1,2007, Just got it september 20th 2008. How do you say fun!!!!!!!! It is alot different to drive then my ford f250. But already did a few mod's. and getting ready for a couple more. Awsome little car well worth the wait.
Yes indeed, it's well worth the wait. I haven't had as much fun with a car since I was a teenager back in the Middle (or is it Dark?) Ages. Meanwhile, welcome and enjoy the forums.
