Seattle to South Lake Tahoe Road Trip

Just writting from sunny Lake Tahoe - left Redmond WA on Sunday and headed south... we stopped in Reno and then took off again. We have only filled up 3 times and currently have 3/4 of a tank!!!

The thing I love so much is that I have a 2008 yellow w/black Smart with all the extras (a giant smiley face) and people can't help them selves from coming over to say hello... they can't believe that our plate says WA and the plate holder says Seattle!!!!!

I have taken pictures and look forward to uploading them and sharing the road trip when we arrive home this weekend!

Any other road trips out here to mention????

Joni

Road Trips

I did the Seattle to SEMA (Vegas) run last november, mileage was AMAZING. I think the total cost of fuel was around $100 for the entire trip

its amazing pulling the trailer and getting the milage we do. by the way.. my curt hitch comes with the 3.5 draw bar and seems to work fine, and if you keep your speed down to legal, safe speed there isnt any problem towing.

Joni,

haha yea it is a giant smiley face, don't you just love it?

When I first my got my smart car I drove it straight out of the dealership from mercedes of manhattan to san francisco california. It took me less then 2 days to cross the country and then half a year ago I drove from san francisco up to about a mile into canada with a passenger and 600 pounds of raw metal forgings in the trunk to a machine shop up there. ;)

My Litto SMART
