Help! I've had my Smart for 7 months. The Mercedes/Smart dealership says that my front passenger carpet has "shrunk", and I need to pay $665 to replace it. I have Never heard of carpet shrinking; anyone else have this? Thanks!
You might get some help from this thread Problem started (carpet).... Need advice!!!!!!. Be sure to confront the dealership on this as I believe they are just testing to see if you will go away or pay the $665.
