Have read 2 books outlining the smart's history (to include the roadster).
Love the car!! Just wish they had them here...

Yes mine is on my profile, it just is fantastic when u live on the country, the stability u have when u drive on little roads is very good. The noice of the engine when drive it cabrio, it sounds like a real sportscar. And then u have the poeple looking amazed lol. It's a lot of fun ;)

Yes, they are popular here in Mexico and are holding their price very well since being discontinued. At the moment, they cost as much as a new Passion.

Thats nice to know, I did'nt knew that. Here they ended the production in the winter of 2005. They sold 40.000 pieces here. So it will be a collectors item. In 2006 they made a special edition too, they made 50 of them, and u have the Smart Roadster Coupé V6 Bi-Turbo with Brabus, they made 10 of them.
